Motivation:Â
The main motivation of the conference is to foster collaboration among researchers from South Eastern Europe who work on algebra, algebraic geometry, number theory, cryptography, computational algebra, and related areas. The conference will be combined with online talks and face to face talk to include as large audience and participation as possible. Talks will be accepted in English or Albanian.Â
 Venue
Vlora is one of the main touristic destinations in Albania. A place where East meets West, with beautiful beaches and wonderful weather. Several international mathematics conferences in algebra has been organized in Vlora, including NATO Advanced Study Institute (2008), Applications of Computer Algebra (2009), and yearly conferences on algebra, number theory, and cryptography.Â
Activities:
Dinner at Llogara National Park on Saturday evening.
A boat trip will be organized on Sunday (June 12) around the Bay of Vlora visiting the island of Sazan and Karaburun peninsula. Â

Special Issue
We are planning to have a special issue with selected talks published by the Albanian J. Math. The papers for the special issue will be due on September 1, 2022.
