AIMS 2025 provides tailored registration options for Speakers (those presenting papers, abstracts, or special sessions) and Participants (attendees not presenting). Each category includes access to the full conference program, ensuring an enriching experience for all.
Speakers
This category is for individuals or teams presenting research papers, extended abstracts, or organizing special sessions at AIMS 2025. Speakers are expected to deliver oral or poster presentations during research sessions, special sessions, or workshops, as outlined in the conference program.
Eligibility: Authors of accepted papers or abstracts, invited keynote speakers, and special session organizers.
Requirements: At least one author per accepted paper or abstract must register as a Speaker to ensure inclusion in the program and proceedings.
Fee:
Early-bird (by September 30, 2025): $100 USD
Regular (by November 15, 2025): $150 USD
Inclusions:
Full access to all conference sessions, including keynotes, research sessions, workshops, and panel discussions.
Conference materials (digital program, proceedings access, name badge).
Welcome reception and networking events.
Daily coffee breaks and lunches (December 15-20, 2025).
Certificate of presentation.
Eligibility for publication in the special issues of the International Journal of Data Science in the Mathematical Sciences or the Albanian Journal of Mathematics (subject to peer review).
Note: Speakers must submit their camera-ready papers by November 15, 2025, to confirm their presentation slot.
Participants
This category is for attendees who wish to engage in the conference without presenting research. Participants include academics, industry professionals, students, and others interested in the intersection of AI and mathematical sciences.
Eligibility: Open to all interested individuals, including non-presenting researchers, industry representatives, and students.
Requirements: No paper submission required.
Fee:
Early-bird (by September 30, 2025): $100 USD
Regular (by November 15, 2025): $150 USD
Inclusions:
Full access to all conference sessions, including keynotes, research sessions, workshops, and panel discussions.
Conference materials (digital program, name badge).
Welcome reception and networking events.
Daily coffee breaks and lunches (December 15-20, 2025).
Certificate of attendance (upon request).
Note: Participants interested in submitting a paper later can upgrade to Speaker status upon acceptance of their submission, subject to additional fees.
Registration Process
To register for AIMS 2025, please follow these steps:
Visit the Registration Portal: Access the online registration form via the conference website (https://www.risat.org/AIMS%202025.html). The portal will open on July 1, 2025.
Select Your Category: Choose either Speaker or Participant and complete the required fields, including contact information and affiliation.
Payment: Pay the registration fee via the secure online payment system (credit card or bank transfer). Payment details and instructions will be provided in the portal.
Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and a receipt.
Additional Steps for Speakers: Upload proof of paper/abstract acceptance (e.g., acceptance email) during registration to verify eligibility for the Speaker rate.

On-site registration: Limited availability during the conference, subject to a $50 USD surcharge.
Note: Registration fees are non-refundable after November 15, 2025, except in cases of visa denial or exceptional circumstances (contact [email protected] for details).

Group Registration: Groups of 5 or more from the same institution may be eligible for a 10% discount. Contact Elira Curri at [email protected] to arrange.
Visa Support: Registered attendees requiring an invitation letter for visa purposes can request one through the registration portal. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Check visa requirements at https://punetejashtme.gov.al.
Accessibility: If you have accessibility needs, please indicate them during registration or contact [email protected] to coordinate accommodations at Hotel Rozafa.
Payment Methods: The registration portal accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank transfers. Details will be available on the conference website.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before November 15, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.
